Since the eruption of the war in February 2022, NATO countries urged the rest of the world to provide military assistance for Ukraine and sanction Russia, in order to isolate the latter.
Fast forwards to March 2023, it seems that NATO’s policy did not succeed and one of the consequences of the transatlantic alliance’s aggressive response is the emergence of the Russian-Chinese pact which aims at weakening the West’s dominance in global affairs.
