According to internal documents reviewed by Reuters on Thursday, Meta Platforms (FB.O) will allow users in some countries to call for violence against Russians and the Russian military in the context of the Ukraine incursion, in a temporary relaxation to its hate speech policy.
According to internal letters to its content moderators, the social media company is also temporarily allowing some messages that advocate for the killing of Russian President Vladimir Putin or Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
