By now, everybody heard about the big leaks in two natural gas pipelines running under the Baltic Sea from Russia to Germany. While seismologists said powerful explosions preceded the leaks, we need to investigate the motives of each side.
First things first, although the pipelines are filled with gas, neither of them is currently supplying gas to Europe. Therefore, I objectively ask: why would Russia blast its own pipelines and what would Moscow gain from it?
Craig Murray, the former British diplomat and historian say the Nord Stream 2 pipeline allows Russia to send gas to Western Europe without paying transit fees to Ukraine and Poland, and Russia completed the pipeline in the teeth of massive opposition from Ukraine, Poland and the United States.

Check out what President Biden and Victoria Nuland said on the matter not long time ago.
While the corporate media is trying to convince you it was Russia who blew up its own pipelines, and I’m not ruling out any possibility here, you also can’t tell me the US, Poland and Ukraine aren’t suspects since they have financial and geopolitical interests for these pipelines to stop, especially after the tweet of the former Polish Defense Minister who attributed the United States to the industrial terrorism against the pipelines.

Of course, Poland’s Secretary of State denounced the claim on Twitter as “Russian propaganda” but let me ask you something: has the US played a constructive role in this war so far? Hasn’t the US proxy war in Ukraine damaged the European economies with complete disregard for European interests?
So, if Poland’s ex-defence minister is to be correct, I think this is a next-level madness and brings us closer to Armageddon.
